Part-time position. Must be over 18 and have a high school diploma or GED. Must be willing to work on weekends/flexible hours and must be willing and able to travel. Workers needed in, but not limited to, Queens Village, Flushing, Bayside, Woodhaven and Astoria.

Quality Review/Quality Improvement


Job Description


Full-time position responsible for quality assurance of all programs and services NYFAC offers; oversight and supervision to ensure compliance with regulations; and coordination and supervision of incident review teams, monthly meetings and reporting of any incidents through the IRMA system to the state. Must also oversee, coordinate and facilitate agency support groups, in-home FETS (Family Education & Training service) and must assist in any and all areas needed throughout the agency.
